The mission of the Rose Park Neighborhood Center is to provide programs that improve employment and education outcomes of immigrant communities in Salt Lake City's westside neighborhoods. Programs include: Youth ELL Program, Family Support Services, College Scholarships, and Immigrant Services.&nbsp;
