These cards, letters or pictures will help the patient know that they are not forgotten.&nbsp; For Hot Springs residents, MAIL TO:Pen Pal Program508 Ouachita Ave Suite AHot Springs, AR 71901 DROP OFF: How Does It Work? <ol><li>Drop off your Pen Pal Program cards, letters or pictures to one of our collections stations weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will hold the cards, letters or pictures for 48 hours in a secure environment to ensure they are virus-free, then distribute the cards, letters or pictures to area residents of nursing homes and other centers who have suspended visitors. From there, the staff of participating facilities will share your kindness with their residents.</li><li>Collection bins will be placed outside our front doors in order to maintain social distancing to protect our patients, their families, and our employees. If you don't see bins, please come in to drop off.</li><li>Collection Bin Locations: Batesville, Berryville, Conway, Greater Little Rock, Hot Springs, Monticello, Pine Bluff, Rogers, Russellville, Searcy.</li></ol>
